We stand behind every application. If your Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is officially rejected by Thai Immigration authorities after we have completed processing, you are entitled to a full refund of the service fee.
Our service maintains a 99.2% approval rate based on correct document submission. Rejections are uncommon and generally result from:
- Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the traveller
- Invalid or expired passport data
- Fraudulent document submission
- Changes in Thai Immigration policy (force majeure)

When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You qualify for a full refund when all of the following conditions are met:
- Your application is officially rejected by Thai Immigration authorities.
- We receive official notification of the rejection within 30 days of processing.
- You provided accurate and truthful information throughout the application.
- You submit a refund request with supporting evidence within 60 days of the rejection.
When Refunds Are Not Available
The following situations fall outside our refund guarantee:
- Change of mind — The document was approved and delivered but you no longer need it.
- Document expiration — You did not use the approved document within its validity period.
- Incorrect information — The rejection resulted from false or incomplete data you submitted.
- Fraudulent use — Any attempt to use the document fraudulently.
- Travel cancellation — You decided not to travel to Thailand.
- Missed travel dates — You missed your travel date because you did not check your email.
- Payment disputes — Chargebacks filed directly with your payment provider (see §09).
How to Request a Refund

Save the official rejection email or document from Thai Immigration clearly stating your application was rejected.

Include your application ID, the rejection notice screenshot, your payment confirmation, and the email used during the application.

We will examine your claim and verify the rejection with Thai authorities if necessary.

Once approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Special Circumstances
Partial Refund & Re-submission
If your application was rejected due to a correctable error and you wish to resubmit, we offer a 50% discount on re-submission fees.
Force Majeure
If Thai authorities suspend or terminate the TDAC programme due to a change in government policy, full refunds will be issued automatically to all affected customers within 14 days.
Technical Failure on Our Part
If your application is lost or not submitted due to a fault on our side, we will reprocess it at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
Please do not file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination, additional fees, and legal proceedings. All legitimate disputes are resolved promptly through our official refund process (see §05).
If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, contact us and we will escalate your case to a senior support representative.
